Rest and recreation are the aims. Experience in yoga is not necessary. An experienced yoga instructor will lead the practices. A short easy paddle gets you to the picturesque campsites, where we will stay from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. There will be no portage. Two rocky beaches are by the campsites. Hiking trails connect the campsitesto the rest of the park interior. Yoga, swimming, hiking, trail running, or just relaxing with a good book are on the agenda. Come to rejuvenate and enjoy healthy, tasty, gourmet meals and good-company. Fasting option is also available.
